Meet our Expert Team
Has 20-plus years of experience as an installer and fabricator. In 2016, he decided to break free from the established companies he had been working for and started his own business under the name W Baker Steel. He now oversees all managerial, fabrication, and installation for the entire company along with the help of our administrative director, Rachel Baker, and two in-house project managers, Joe Ramirez and Jim Baker.
Rachel handles in-house operations along the lines of management and finance. Joe has 21-plus years of field experience and mainly handles overall project management and bid/sales coordination. Jim, our other project manager, has 15 years of experience and handles the day-to-day field operations as well as fabrication/shipping.
